Return & Refund Policy

At alt wtr, customer experience is extremely important to us. Due to the nature of our product being a consumable wellness product, all purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped.  

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at drinkaltwtr@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.  

We will happily provide a one-time replacement for eligible damaged orders.  

30-Day Feel the Difference Guarantee
Our “30-Day Feel the Difference Guarantee or We’ll Make It Right” is intended to support customers who may not feel the intended experience right away. This guarantee is not a money-back guarantee.  

alt wtr is designed to support hydration, recovery, and daily wellness through a blend of electrolytes and molecular hydrogen. Individual experiences may vary depending on factors such as hydration habits, consistency of use, lifestyle, diet, activity level, and overall health.  

If you do not feel the intended experience, our team may provide additional usage guidance, recommendations, or a one-time replacement order to help ensure you are getting the most out of alt wtr.  

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. alt wtr is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.  

Additional Policy Information

alt wtr reserves the right to deny replacement requests in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of the policy, or fraudulent activity.  

Replacement requests are limited to one per customer/order at the discretion of alt wtr support.  

alt wtr is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or carrier-related delivery issues once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.  

Statements regarding alt wtr have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the Food and Drug Administration. alt wtr is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
